Synertec Limited, a leading document management company, has been acquired by a company that was formed by its management team.
The business was founded in 1999 and exists to give organisations smarter, less costly, more efficient and reliable ways to create, distribute and manage their important communications. The business, head-quartered in Somerset, provides solutions across the healthcare, government and commercial sectors. The business also has operational sites in Bristol and Warrington.
This transaction ensures that full ownership remains in the management team’s hands.

Isca Ventures acted as the lead corporate finance advisors on the transaction, with funding provided by NatWest Structured Finance and legal support from Clarke Willmott, Shoosmiths and TLD.
