Plant & Engineering Services Limited (“PES”) is one of the UK’s largest construction equipment parts distribution specialists.
Isca Ventures advised PES on its purchase by its management team and employees. The transaction utilised an EOT buyout structure. The current management team and board of directors will remain in place after completion.
