Oriel’s has purchased the entire issued share capital of Spruce Services, a leading UK-based specialist swimming pool business. Spruce Services, established in 1994 and based in Wiltshire, undertakes the construction, renovation, repair and maintenance of swimming pools. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Isca Ventures provided transaction support and due diligence services to the Oriel’s board of directors.
